Program/Project Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
| Serve as the overall point of contact (POC) for all efforts on this task and provide monthly status reports. |
| Manages all resources allocated to the delivery order and will finalize all Monthly Reports and Technical Reports. |
| Works with customer to identify business requirements and develops the proposed solution. |
| Subsequently leads a team in initiating, planning, controlling, executing, and closing tasks of a project or segment of a project to produce the delivered solution. |

Document Specialist
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
| Monitors, manages and correlates all documentation |
| Properly prepares formats and prints all required correspondence. |
| Operates computer equipment, telecommunications equipment, printing equipment and facsimile machines. |
| Incorporates all required project documentation into specific project format including finalization and preparation of binders. |
| Disseminates all required documentation for contract compliance and customer acceptance |
QUALIFICATIONS
| Strong interpersonal, planning and organizational skills |
| Multi-tasking and ability to handle changing priorities |
| Ability to manipulate screen captures and graphics |
