About this file
This solicitation seeks proposals for the USS KEARSARGE (LHD 3) Fiscal Year 2023 Docking Selected Restricted Availability. The Naval Sea Systems Command requires maintenance, modernization, and repair services for this availability, to be completed over approximately 20 months from April 2023 through December 2024. Interested parties must register in the System for Award Management and Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment in order to receive solicitation documents and submit proposals via the latter system. Proposals are due in or around November 2022, and award of a single contract is expected in or around November 2022. The requirement is not set aside for small businesses due to its complexity, magnitude, and duration. Services sought include drydocking and pier-side maintenance, with the contractor required to have dedicated facilities capable of berthing the vessel for the duration of the availability.
