| 95 | 5/18/22 | RFP | Section L | Several signficant subcontractors have told us that they will not be able to provide fixed price quotes in time to support our proposal submission by the current due date. The effort to price this large work package was complicated by the 40 work items that were modified in Erratas 2 & 3. This is too large and complex a work package for offerors to estimate the prices their significant subcontractors will eventually provide. This uncertainty will likely increase the prices provided to the Government by all offerors in order to mitigate this risk. We might normally wait another week closer to the proposal deadline before submitting an extension request. However, this is the last opportunity to submit a bidder question and it appears likely that we will be without subcontractor pricing for an uncomfortably large portion of this work package. We request an extension of the proposal due date to Tuesday, July 12. | The Government has provided a 2 week extension to the Proposal Due date, now 27 June 2022. |
| Additionally, offerors may submit one additional batch of bidder's questions due NLT than 0800 on 6 June. This BQs must be limited ONLY to changes as part of Addendum 2 and Errata 4. The Government reserves the right to not answer any questions outside the scope of Addendum 2 and Errata 4. | Attachment J-2 | |||||
