USDA Clay Center NE Construct Sunshades Bid Schedule

CLIN 0001 BASE BID:

· Preconstruction submittals and documents.

· Installation of poles, columns, and cables for Areas 42E, 42W (southern section) and 25 Asset # 543800S046

· Work inside the pens in Areas 42E and 42W is limited to 1 July to 1 Sept.

· Work inside the pens in Area 25 is limited to 1 July to 20 Sept.

· Architectural, civil and electrical work to provide a complete project.

· Restore site to original conditions.

CLIN 0002 BASE BID:

· Base: Location 42E, Location 42W (south section), Location 25 Sunshades Asset # 543800S047

· Work inside the pens in Areas 42E and 42W is limited to 1 July to 1 Sept.

· Installation of foundations, structure, covering and fencing for a new hoop barn at location 18.

· There are no restrictions to when this work can be performed.
