Standard installation is approx 90-120 days AFTER award, and is dependant on the base response to Techincal and provisioning team. In general its safe to put PoP start date 6 months after award.

The contractor shall install, connect, configure and activate two (2) SIP trunks terminating in B2354/2G19A and B5130/Rm.117 within 30 days of award. Cutover and full perforamce is required starting on 1 Apr 2025.

Please provide PBX info for the 2nd site as only 1 site is provided. Current legacy SL100 PBX Host is located within bldg. 4199. New SIP locations will be extended to CISCO call managers, 1 located within bldg. 2354/2G19A and 1 located within bldg. 5130. Rack/equipment locations will be determined by GOV POC.

RFP extension to Feb 28th is needed to allow engineering time to evaluate/design for diverse paths.

The solicitation period will NOT be extended at this time.

Is Building 5130 the same as 2354? Or is this a new location? Please provide DMARC address to confirm.

Is the Government requesting pricing for additional TSP service? Telecommunications Services Priority (TSP) and Restoral Priority List (RPL) shall be included in the RFP as deliverable items. The Contractor shall develop and maintain a TSP and RSP to address all catastrophic, emergency, and routine maintenance outages.

The RFQ states 10000 DIDs. Are all active? If not, how many so we can designate e911 service to each active line?

Currently there are estimated 9K DIDs active on USAFA, e911 services would have to be scallable to 10k DIDs as user requirements may continue to grow with Active Duty, Contractor, and permanent party.

Can we get a historical or expected CONUS traffic minutes? OCONUS? The requested information is not available at this time.

Are you looking for a flat rate for OCONUS? Items 1 shall be a one time firm-fixed price for installation and cutover if needed. Items 2 and 3 shall be a monthly firm-fixed price rate. Item 4 shall be based upon monthly usage.

The PWS > 3.1 identifies Bldg com rooms. Is there a central location where ALL calls are routed Outbound, or are each of these buildings independent? That is, will there be TWO SIP trunks for each of the buildings listed in 3.1? Or, is there a central point from the base?

There will be a single location that all calls will be routed outbound. 1ea SIP trunk to Bldg. 5130/Rm.117 and 1ea SIP trunk to Bldg. 2354/Rm.2G19.

Can we get a complete address for the demarcation points to install the SIP trunks? North Route: 1054 Jack's Valley Road, Colorado Springs, CO. 80840 / South Route:

Will your local telecom provider route your local/long distance and 911 calls to our SIP IP? USAFA locally provides routing of all calls from the PBX to the current service providers SIP IP.
