Updates to Contracts Forms
The following contract forms have been revised by the Commonwealth’s Office of the Comptroller (CTR), the Operational Services Division (OSD), and the Executive Office for Administration and Finance (ANF), and are being reissued for immediate use effective (Friday, October 25, 2019):
1. Commonwealth of Massachusetts Standard Contract Form, Instructions and Contractor Certifications
2. Commonwealth Terms and Conditions
3. Commonwealth Terms and Conditions for Human and Social Services
The standard contract form is now one page, and it incorporates the terms and conditions by reference. This means that signing the standard contract form also signifies acceptance of the applicable terms and conditions, and there is no need to separately sign the terms and conditions.
