About this file
This document is a First Amendment to the Request for Response (RFR) issued by the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health (DMH), Division of Child, Youth, and Family Services for Flexible Support Services. The RFR is seeking to establish a pool of qualified Provider organizations to deliver home and community-based Clinical Services, Parent/Caregiver Peer Support, Young Adult Peer Mentoring, and Therapeutic Support within the context of a Flexible Support Team, Flexible Support Group or Individual Practitioners. The First Amendment includes revisions to the Coversheet, Response Requirements, and List of Permitted Response Attachments to allow for the vignette questions to be responded to in attachments and not counted towards the page limit.
The RFR covers services to be delivered across various DMH site offices and catchment areas within the state of Massachusetts. Responses are required to be submitted in accordance with the amended Response Requirements. The contract resulting from this RFR will be a Master Agreement with no specific quantity of services guaranteed, and the term will be for an initial 3-year period with the option to renew for up to 2 additional 1-year terms.
