About this file
This document is the Fifth Amendment to a Request for Response (RFR) issued by the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health (DMH), Division of Child, Youth, and Family Services for a Flexible Support Services Master Agreement. DMH is amending and restating three key attachments related to the response requirements, evaluation tool, and response cover sheet. Bidders responding to this opportunity, identified as COMMBUYS # BD-19-1022-DMH08-8220A-33600, should use the restated documents when drafting their responses. The RFR seeks to establish a pool of qualified Provider organizations to deliver home and community-based Clinical Services, Parent/Caregiver Peer Support, Young Adult Peer Mentoring, and Therapeutic Support services within Flexible Support Teams, Flexible Support Groups, or through Individual Practitioners.
The RFR does not provide details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements or sources. However, it is an amendment to an existing solicitation, indicating this is an ongoing procurement opportunity for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
