About this file

The document is a Catered Meal Feeding Schedule Template for military units, detailing a comprehensive meal service plan for a specific contract opportunity. The template provides instructions for units to document catered meal requirements, including headcount, menu day numbers, serving times (0530-0600), and delivery locations across multiple dates from 31 May to 13 June. The schedule covers meal services at two primary locations: 225 Augusta Rd in Edgefield, SC and 212 Kay Waldrop Way, with a total headcount of 1,092 meals.

This meal service requirement is part of a 100% small business set-aside solicitation (W912QG-25-Q-A014) issued by the South Carolina Army National Guard. The solicitation is for commercial hot catered meals under NAICS Code 722320, with a firm fixed-price contract type. Key submission requirements include active SAM.gov registration, complete documentation, and email submission of quotes by the specified deadline. Payment will be processed after meal delivery and verification through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system, with a potential 30-day processing period.
