AMENDMENT 01

Q&A

Q1. The Sam.gov link has August 1st as the due date, are there any other dates we need to keep in mind?

A1. There are only two due dates listed in the Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) – questions and proposals due.

Q2. Which space/building does TSA want a proposal for? What is TSA’s preferred suite?

A2. TSA has no preference of buildings, spaces or suites. Please review all documents posted as part of the RLP and submit the building(s) or space(s) which meet the requirements as detailed. If you submit more than one building, each must have its own proposal.

Q3. TSA location parameters changed from the original Request for Information/Sources Sought and you are moving further away from the airport. Would it be appropriate to include a property from the original delineated area?

A3. Please review all documents posted as part of the RLP. If your property falls outside of the defined delineated area specified in the RLP posted on SAM.gov, the property will not meet the requirement.

Q4. Is Exhibit A the only page that needs to be submitted?

A4. Please read the entire RLP package as there are specific requirements for submittal or numerous artifacts for each property being offered.

Q5. Is TSA providing a marked-up version of our CAD drawings showing the preferred buildout plan?

A5. No.

Q6. Does the available square footage need to fall strictly within the 18,000–20,000 SF range?

A6. Yes.

Q7. Is EV charging capability a hard requirement that must be in place at the time of lease execution, or is it considered a future upgrade or bonus?

A7. EV-Charging is not a requirement in this RLP.

Q8. Does the gym/training space need to be located on-site, or is this viewed as a bonus if available?

A8. The gym/training space must be located on-site and within the TSA leased space. Please review all documents posted as part of the RLP.

Q9. Are multi story buildings being considered or just single-story free standing?

A9. The RLP does not specify for multi-story or single-story, or stand-alone buildings. Please review all documents posted as part of the RLP.

Q10. The RLP states that the space has to be continuous, however, we looked at various space on different floors, is this still acceptable?

A10. Please review all documents posted as part of the RLP. The final requirements have changed from the original RFI.

Q11. Is there an incumbent? If so, what is contract number and value of the contract? Is the

Government expecting the incumbent to submit a proposal?
