TNC Magazine Printing Specifications Summary

This document contains printing specifications for The Nature Conservancy (TNC) Magazine, establishing technical requirements for a state and local contract opportunity in Tennessee. The specifications detail the production requirements for a magazine publication, including page count, paper specifications, binding methods, color requirements, and finishing options. The document serves as a technical guideline for prospective bidders to understand the exact printing standards and quality expectations for the magazine production. Key specifications address paper weight and quality, ink coverage limits, binding durability, color accuracy standards, and delivery requirements that bidders must meet to be considered for contract award.

The specifications establish detailed technical parameters including trim size, page configuration, paper stock options, color separation standards, and quality control benchmarks that vendors must comply with throughout the printing process. The document functions as a binding reference for all bidders to ensure uniform understanding of project requirements and enables accurate cost estimation and bid comparison. Compliance with these specifications is mandatory for contract eligibility, and bidders must demonstrate capability to meet all technical standards outlined, including specific tolerances for color reproduction, binding strength, and paper quality metrics.
