About this file

This document is a Transaction Confirmation for natural gas supply between Constellation NewEnergy-Gas Division, LLC and the Wisconsin Department of Administration. The confirmation is executed pursuant to an existing Gas Supply Agreement dated June 8, 2016, with the current transaction dated November 3, 2021. The agreement covers four Wisconsin state facilities: Milwaukee County Domes, Red Granite Correctional Institute in Redgranite, University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, and State of Wisconsin Veterans Home in Madison.

The contract covers natural gas delivery for the 2022 calendar year with monthly fixed quantities ranging from 23,141.0 MMBtu in July to 86,719.0 MMBtu in January, totaling approximately 645,981 MMBtu annually. The pricing is set at $0.23910 per MMBtu for basis service only, with commodity pricing determined by NYMEX last day settle prices unless separately locked by the customer. The agreement provides Secondary Firm delivery service, meaning deliveries are on a commercially reasonable efforts basis subject to various potential curtailments. Additional quantities beyond the fixed amounts are priced at current market rates as determined by Constellation. The contract includes provisions for automatic one-month extensions beyond the term if not terminated with 30-day notice, with Extension Term pricing based on market rates.
