About this file

This is an Addendum to an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) issued by the Maryland Department of General Services (DGS) for pistol range modifications and repairs under solicitation TA-000-232-002A (DGS-23-306-IQC). The addendum modifies the terms and conditions of the original IQC agreement to clarify contractor responsibilities and performance requirements for facility modifications and maintenance work at state-operated pistol ranges. The contract encompasses repair, modification, and improvement services to existing range infrastructure, with work to be performed on an as-needed basis under individual task orders issued throughout the contract term.

The addendum establishes pricing structure parameters, payment terms, and performance standards for contractor submissions under the IQC framework. The document specifies that all work must comply with applicable Maryland regulations, building codes, and safety standards for firearms facilities. Contractors must maintain current licenses and certifications required for the type of work performed. The addendum clarifies scope limitations, insurance requirements, and procedures for task order issuance and completion. Any modifications to the original contract terms outlined in the base solicitation are superseded by provisions in this addendum, ensuring that all subsequent task orders and contractor performance align with the updated requirements.
