About this file
This document is a bid amendment for a request for bids (RFB) issued by the State of New Jersey Department of the Treasury Division of Purchase and Property Procurement Bureau for Quality Assurance/Project Management Services for IT and Non-IT Projects. The RFB is a statewide contract open to all New Jersey state agencies, with Mercer County and Trenton City identified as specific jurisdictions.
The RFB extends the quote submission due date to November 16, 2022 and includes revisions to the bid solicitation, state terms and conditions, and various attachments. The scope of the contract includes providing quality assurance and project management services for both IT and non-IT projects. The state plans to award multiple blanket purchase orders, with project management and quality assurance services to be awarded separately unless deemed not a conflict of interest. The contract will be for an initial term of 5 years. Pricing will be submitted on a state-supplied price sheet, and vendors must submit pricing for all lines within an engagement group they are bidding on. The state's prior contract, T2599, was for IT services only, and this new RFB is a significant expansion of scope to include non-IT projects.
