About this file
This document is a PowerPoint presentation for an optional pre-quote conference related to a state and local contract opportunity in New Jersey for the Hospital Based Paternity Acknowledgement Program and Database (T1414). The contract opportunity involves Mercer County and Trenton City. The purpose of the conference is to address procedural questions regarding the bid solicitation and quote submission requirements. Questions related to the scope of work, services, or products will not be addressed during the conference. Potential vendors are encouraged to attend to network and partner with small, woman-owned, minority-owned, veteran-owned, and disabled veteran-owned businesses. The bid solicitation covers details such as submission dates, set-aside requirements, pre-quote submission information, quote submission requirements, scope of work, security requirements, contract terms, data security requirements, and the quote evaluation and award process. Common price sheet mistakes are also covered, and vendors are advised to review the solicitation in its entirety and submit any questions prior to the deadline.
The state-supplied price sheet must be completed in its entirety with no additional language, assumptions, or fees added. Quotes that do not address all mandatory requirements may be deemed non-responsive, and not submitting requested information may impact the technical evaluation score. The contract opportunity is for the Hospital Based Paternity Acknowledgement Program and Database, and quotes are due by 2 PM on September 21, 2022.
