About this file
This document is a customer feedback survey request letter from the Tennessee Central Procurement Office (CPO) to agencies that utilize their procurement services. The letter provides a link to a SurveyMonkey questionnaire (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/stateoftncpocustomer) where agencies can evaluate the CPO's services and the work of their Sourcing Analysts across various areas of the procurement process. Recipients are instructed to rate their experiences using a Likert scale ranging from "Strongly agree" to "Strongly disagree," with an option to select "Neither agree nor disagree" for non-applicable items.
The survey initiative aims to strengthen partnerships between the CPO and state agencies by gathering assessments and actionable feedback to improve CPO approaches, processes, and tools. For immediate concerns, agencies are directed to contact Shane Gibson at 615-253-4762. The letter is signed by Kyle Villagomez, Sourcing Account Specialist at the Central Procurement Office, located in the Tennessee Tower, 3rd Floor, 312 Rosa L. Parks Ave., Nashville, TN 37243.
