Form C Subcontractor Utilization Plan Project ID:

Contractor Name:

Subcontractor Utilization Plans require proposers to show intent to use minority, women, veteran, and small businesses in the Tampa Bay Region.

Proposers must describe their efforts in engaging and reducing any barriers to participation by small/veteran/minority/women business enterprises, including outreach, education, mentorship, and process changes designed to increase small/veteran/diverse business participation.

The small/veteran/minority/women business goals set forth herein are voluntary. Proposers will not be considered non-responsive if the Subcontractor Utilization Plan has a zero small/veteran/diverse business participation amount. The City, however, encourages proposers to be proactive in engaging small/veteran/minority/women business enterprise participation.
