About this file

This is a Subcontractor Summary Spreadsheet related to the City of St. Petersburg, Florida's procurement of two (2) Siemens SITRANS flow meter transmitters and compatible coupling accessories for the Southwest Water Reclamation Facility (SWWRF). The project involves upgrading flow measurement equipment at two separate headworks influent pipeline locations: one flow meter for a 20-inch influent pipe and one for a 30-inch influent pipe. These new transmitters will replace obsolete equipment that has exceeded its expected service life. The upgrade is intended to improve measurement accuracy, reliability, maintainability, and long-term parts availability while supporting continued efficient operation of the water reclamation facility.

The spreadsheet provides a structured summary of subcontractor information relevant to the procurement process. Key details include subcontractor names, qualifications, pricing proposals, and other relevant bid information organized in tabular format to facilitate evaluation and comparison of offers. This document serves as an administrative tool to track and organize subcontractor submissions and their associated proposal details for the City's evaluation and award decision process.
