About this file

This is a Subcontractor Summary Spreadsheet related to the City of St. Petersburg's procurement of a Flowserve Limitorque Model MXB-40WP460/26 Smart Electric Valve Actuator for the North East Water Reclamation Facility (NEWRF) in Florida. The project involves the procurement of one (1) replacement valve actuator to restore existing valve actuation functionality at the facility. The actuator is intended to replace an existing EIM brand valve actuator that is beyond economical repair, with no modifications to the installed valve, mounting interface, or control architecture required. The procurement specifies that no substitute, alternate manufacturer, or equivalent product will be accepted, indicating a sole-source or brand-specific acquisition requirement.

The spreadsheet serves as a summary document for subcontractor information related to this procurement. While the specific pricing terms, set-asides, bidder details, and financial requirements are not detailed in the file identification provided, the nature of this procurement as a replacement equipment acquisition for municipal water reclamation infrastructure indicates it likely involves a specific capital equipment budget allocation. The sole specification for a particular Limitorque model with integral motor starter contactors suggests this procurement prioritizes compatibility with existing control systems and operational requirements at the NEWRF facility.
