About this file
This is a Subcontractor Summary document for a sheltered procurement by the City of St. Petersburg, Florida, related to the procurement of one Flowserve Limitorque Model MXB-40WP460/26 Smart Electric Valve Actuator for the North East Water Reclamation Facility. The procurement seeks to replace an existing EIM brand valve actuator that is beyond economical repair, with the objective of restoring valve actuation functionality without modifications to the installed valve, mounting interface, or control architecture. The City intends to upgrade to a Limitorque electric valve actuator featuring integral motor starter contactors housed within the actuator enclosure. No substitute, alternate manufacturer, or equivalent product will be accepted, indicating a specification-driven procurement for this single replacement unit.
The document appears to track subcontractor participation and involvement in this sheltered procurement process. Given the sheltered designation, the procurement likely prioritizes participation by certified small businesses, minority-owned businesses, women-owned businesses, or other designated business categories. The procurement is for a specific manufactured product with no flexibility for substitutions, which limits vendor competition to authorized distributors or representatives of Flowserve Limitorque. Additional details regarding pricing, set-asides, funding sources, and other financial terms would be contained in the associated procurement documents and bid specifications.
