STATEMENT OF WORK

55th Crisis Action Team (CAT) & Command Post (CP) / Audio Visual System

1. Provide a multi-classification presentation systems throughout the 2F Wing in building 500. This requirement is for audio visual equipment and installation in the 55th Wing CAT Leadership (2F2), breakout room (2F3) and support area (2F11), and the CP (2F15) and the CP Administrative Conference Room (2F22F) rooms.

2. All equipment will be 2GIT compliant.

3. Provide a multi-classification presentation systems with a APL Video Teleconferencing Conferencing (VTC) capabilities in the Crisis Action Team (CAT) Leadership (2F2) and CAT Support (2F11) rooms. Provide a multiclassification presentation systems with a APL Video Teleconferencing Conferencing (VTC) capabilities in the CAT Break Out (2F3) room.

• Room 2F2 and 2F11:

i. Install latest APL Video Teleconferencing Conferencing (VTC) capable of multi class presentation.

ii. Install 9’ x 9’ video (3’ x 3’ cells) and install twelve flat panel displays.

iii. Provide microphones that integrate with existing systems.

iv. Provide AV Bridge to be used for web conferencing.

v. Provide two system control stations in designated locations that can support multi classifications and up to twelve in individual input sources and export/display to up to twelve monitors to include the video wall.

• Room 2F3:

i. Install latest APL Video Teleconferencing Conferencing (VTC) capable of multi class presentation.

ii. Support flat panel display (gov provided).

iii. Provide microphones that integrate with existing systems.

iv. Provide AV Bridge to be used for web conferencing

v. Provide control stations in designated location that can support multi classifications and up to five individual input sources and export/display to the flat panel monitor.

4. The following capability is required of the audio-visual system in the CP operations area room 2F15:

• A minimum of eight inputs that can be displayed on four separate monitors

• Inputs will include the following:

a. Four NIPRNET computers

b. Three SIPRNET computers

c. One cable television

• One device to control all inputs that can be displayed on any of the four monitors

• System will connect to the available speaker system. The same device that controls the inputs will control speaker volume.

5. The following capability is required of the audio-visual system in the CP conference room 2F22F:

• A minimum of four inputs that can be displayed on two separate monitors

• Feed dual inputs from each of the four sources

• Inputs will include the following:

a. One NIPRNET computer

b. One SIPRNET computer

c. One Cable television

d. Laptop computer from the conference table

• One device to control all inputs that can be displayed on either of the two monitors

• System will connect to the available speaker system. The same device that controls the inputs will control speaker volume.

6. The AV Contractor shall warrant all work executed under this contract, including all in-shop and onsite material, parts and labor, for a period of twelve months.

The warranty services are limited to normal business hours, unless additional agreements are made between the Owner and the AV Contractor.

7. The AV Contractor shall visit the job just prior to the end of the warranty period to check all equipment for proper system operation. Any defective equipment found shall be replaced or repaired under the terms of the system warranty.

8. All materials provided under this contract shall be TAA compliant.

9. System WILL NOT contain any WiFi/Bluetooth/recording enabled components

10. Response time during the one-year warranty period.

• The Owner or Facility Contracting Officer is the AV Contractor's reporting and contact official for system trouble calls, during the warranty period.

• A standard work week is considered 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.

• The Contractor shall respond and correct on-site trouble calls during the standard work week to:

a. A trouble call within one working day of its report. A routine trouble is considered a trouble which causes a single interface, projector or loudspeaker component to be intermittent or inoperable.

b. An emergency trouble call within four hours of its report. An emergency trouble is considered a trouble which causes the entire display or audio system to be inoperable at any time.

10. Period of performance:

• Contractor shall on execution of the contract accomplish all work within 120 days.

12. Installation Access:

• Contractor shall ensure all employees and/or sub-contractors utilized are eligible for installation access.

• Contractor will provide necessary information on the “(CUI) Contractor ID Req Spreadsheet TEMPLATE” provided and email to scott.carlson@us.af.mil who will sponsor the contractor technicians. Mr. Carlson will review to ensure form is complete, sign and forward to Security Forces for background checks / base access processing.

• Working Hours.

a. Work will be accomplished between 0800 and 1700 daily Monday –

Friday

b. Work will not be conducted during Federal Holidays and weekends.
