This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the design and installation of an integrated audio-visual system at Building 511, DDS1 on Volk Field Air National Guard Base.

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, programming, testing, supervision, and documentation to deliver a fully functional AV system supporting video teleconferencing, local presentations, room status indication, and centralized control using TAA-compliant and APL-approved equipment. Scope requirements include: two input stations with dual displays supporting AFNET Admin Computer and BYOD connectivity with isolated network access; ceiling microphones and speakers with audio DSP including Acoustic Echo Cancellation for VTC; one PTZ camera with auto-tracking capability; two Crestron Touch Panels for system control; and two room status message signs integrated with the control system. All switching, video processing, and control hardware must be TAA compliant, and all switching and video system components must be APL approved. The contractor shall deliver complete system installation with mounting, cabling, termination, and labeling; system programming for touch panels and device integration; functional testing and commissioning with documented results; as-built documentation including wiring diagrams and device IP tables; end-user training; and warranty documentation. The customer will provide required network connectivity, power, and conduit pathways unless otherwise specified. Work shall be performed during standard business hours unless alternate arrangements are approved. System acceptance requires all equipment installed and operational, all sources displaying correctly on designated monitors, audio and video performance meeting industry standards, touch panels and room signage functioning as programmed, and customer sign-off on the final commissioning report. Contractor employees requiring facility access must comply with all security policies, provide information for background checks, and complete AT Level I training within 30 calendar days of contract start.
