About this file

This specifications document outlines technical requirements for an enclosed cargo trailer procurement by Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum (JPPM) in Maryland. The project requires a contractor to furnish all labor, overhead, equipment, materials, and services necessary to provide a small electric utility vehicle meeting defined specifications. The invitation for bid (IFB) process requires contractors to submit a completed and signed IFB form along with their bid, a Bid/Proposal Affidavit, a Conflict of Interest Affidavit and Disclosure, and acknowledgment of receipt of any amendments. Bids are considered non-responsive if submitted without required documentation, received after the due date, or submitted without the completed IFB. Contractors may submit bids by mail, fax, or email, with all submissions required by the specified bid due date.

Pricing must include a total cost for the enclosed cargo trailer meeting all specification criteria, along with itemized costs for base cost and any additions necessary to achieve compliance. The specifications document establishes the technical requirements and performance standards that the delivered trailer must meet. JPPM will evaluate bids based on responsiveness to the IFB requirements and compliance with all technical specifications. Contractors should note that this is a firm, fixed-price procurement with no mention of renewal options or set-asides in the available documentation.
