About this file

This document appears to be a set of Specifications for the federal contract opportunity titled "Z1DA--MINOR-CONST 528-811 CONSOLIDATE PRIMARY CARE 1st FLOOR PHASE 1". The opportunity is a Solicitation issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 2.

The Specifications document likely outlines the detailed technical requirements, standards, and expectations for the construction and consolidation work to be performed on the 1st floor of the 528-811 facility. Key details may include the scope of work, schedule, materials, labor, quality control, safety, and other contractual terms. However, as this document is a technical specification rather than the full solicitation, it does not appear to contain information about the overall procurement, such as response deadlines, award criteria, pricing, or set-asides.
