II. INSTALLATION SPECIFIC INFORMATION
A. BASE
(1) INTRODUCTION
Maintains the largest fuels storage depot in the USAF. Receives, stores, and issues over 40 million gallons of aviation and ground products annually in support of the 36th Wing, United States Pacific Command, and other national requirements. Sustains (6) rotational Continuous Bomber Presence aircraft, (6) rotational Tanker Task Force aircraft, an RPA tenant unit, and an enroute AMC aircraft mission. Provides 24/7 hot-refueling support to US Navy search and rescue helos. Sustains US Army refuel replenishment support for a tenant assigned Terminal High Altitude Area of Defense mission. Annually supports multiple flying exercises and operations, US Marine Corps Air Training Relocations, and other transient requirements. Operates and maintains 25 R-11 mobile refueling units, 14 hydrant servicing units and 3 C-301 ground fuel units. Operates and maintains a 5-ton cryogenic plant capable of generating 80K gallons of cryogenics product annually.
(2) HOURS OF OPERATION
Normal hours for fuels operations are identified below. Contractor must be capable of providing 24 hours x 7 days per week PWS coverage when required including for weather, natural disaster, exercise, or other contingency operations.

NOTE (1): If the holiday falls on Saturday—the previous Friday shall be observed as the holiday. If the holiday falls on Sunday—the next Monday shall be observed as the holiday.
NOTE (2): Fuels Operations shall operate during normal or required extended hours of operation and on observed holidays unless authorized to close by the Wing Commander or designee. If closed, standby personnel shall be identified to MOC and Security Forces and be available to respond within 1 hr.
(3) WORKLOAD INFORMATION
Base workload/requirements are provided below. Quantities and durations are estimates only and subject to variation. Variation does not directly correspond to additional requirement or staffing without validation and/or increase in normal hours of operation by the Contracting Officer.

(5) FACILITIES
The following on-site installation facilities may be used by the Contractor in performance of the PWS tasks. The facilities may be changed, by the local installation, from time to time to meet mission requirements. The Contractor will be notified prior to any change of location.
