| 21. Section B Pricing Matrix in the Maintenance section for each Band provides |
a number of copies to include in the price. Can you please clarify if the the monthly volume, for example 5,000 pgs/mo, is bw copies, color copies or a mixture? If this is bw volume, the overage line should be for bw copies and the color overage line should be for all color copies and vice versa if that volume is for color copies only. If the volume consists of a mixture, please provide that breakout.

| 22. Please clarify the difference between a high capacity paper feed and high |
capacity stacker. Which one is in reference to the doc feeder and which one is in reference to the paper input? Is there a sheet requirement for each?
High capacity paper heavy duty paper drawers accept paper sizes up to 11"x17. A large number of copies can be output to the high capacity stacker. A maximum of 250 sheets of paper can be output to the top tray and a maximum of 5000 sheets can be output to the stacker tray
23. . Section B Contract Total tab has columns H-L pulling data from the other pricing tabs. There is an error in some of those cells. Can you please fix and provide a new document?
