About this file
This document is an Amendment 002 to a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for DCAA Transcription Services, addressing multiple vendor questions and clarifying contract details. The current contract (140D0420P0065) was previously awarded to Diversified Reporting Services Inc. in June 2020 for transcription services, with a base year award of $39,000 and a projected total of $195,000. Key details include security requirements mandating that all personnel working on Office of Inspector General transcripts must have a Secret clearance, with no classified transcripts being the contractor's responsibility.
The amendment provides additional context about the transcription work, noting that approximately 25% of interviews are less than 2 hours long. All transcripts will be considered Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must be stored and processed according to DoD directives. The anticipated timeline for contract award is approximately June 2025. The document also corrects the Contracting Officer's email address from Wesley.Jenkins@dla.gov to Wesley.Jenkins@dla.mil, with all other terms and conditions remaining unchanged.
