About this file

This document contains a contractor work surveillance checklist and details of a related federal contract opportunity for hazardous waste disposal services. The checklist is used to inspect contractors providing industrial cleaning services and ensures they arrive at the scheduled time with all required equipment in proper working order, including a 3,500 gallon vacuum truck, power washing unit, liquid transfer pump, and appropriate PPE. The contractor's equipment must be inspected and meet definition of RCRA empty prior to use.

The combined synopsis/solicitation seeks proposals for hazardous and non-hazardous waste removal, transportation and disposal services for military installations in KY, OH, TN and WV, or within 50 miles of listed pickup points. The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting proposals under contract SP450024R0004 to provide regional hazardous waste disposal support. Services include government generated hazardous and non-hazardous waste removal from specified locations.
