During the site visit, it was observed that the vegetation growth along the pipeline right of way between the DFSP and the marine terminal had not been maintained to the 4" maximum height standard. Are we to assume for the purpose of our proposal the vegetation will be within the required standard at contract start? If it isn't, will the new contractor be entitled to reimbursement for additional costs associated with initially restoring the area to the expected standard? (Note – we understand our responsibility for maintaining the right of way as part of our monthly use charge under CLIN 1001 – this question relates to additional effort needed to initially bring the area into standard if necessary).

(Note – we understand our responsibility for maintaining the pipeline as part of our monthly use charge under CLIN 1001 – this question relates to additional unforeseen effort needed to initially bring the line into standard if necessary).
