The SOW specifies detailed technical requirements including C12x20.7 channel stringers, 42" guard railings, galvanized materials, and precise measurements for each installation. Key requirements include maintaining site access, preventing interference with FAA operations, following prevailing wage requirements, and complying with all building codes and OSHA regulations. The contractor must conduct pre-work site inspections, provide all necessary materials and equipment, handle daily cleanup, and coordinate work hours with the FAA. No storage space will be provided on-site, and the contractor is responsible for all damage repairs during construction. A site visit can be coordinated with the FAA point of contact, Joseph Dellolio, prior to bidding.
