The GR will conduct quality assurance evaluations through visual inspections, random sampling, and joint room walkthroughs upon completion of delivery and installation phases.
The GR will document any non-conforming items, damages, or incomplete installations on a punch list provided to the contractor. Government inspection and observation do not relieve the contractor of its primary responsibility to perform quality control, comply with contract specifications, and correct all identified deficiencies prior to final acceptance and invoice approval.
