Statement of Work Attachment 4

T-7A shelters – Solicitation product data and design submittals

1. Operation and Maintenance Data and Manuals

2. Warranty on equipment and materials

3. Sun shelter as-built drawings including equipment and materials

4. Reinforcing steel for concrete piers/foundations for shelters

5. Concrete mix design for piers/foundations for shelters including admixtures, reinforcing fibers, etc.

6. Concrete testing results and subsequent break results, compressive strength testing

7. Concrete pier design, layout, and location of each pier, include anchor bolt locations/information

8. Paints and coatings – all product data and safety sheets

9. Color samples for approval by the government

10. Pavement stripping – all product data, colors, safety sheets, etc.

11. Electrical product data and information required to coordinate and be compatible with existing electrical

12. Electrical manholes, handholes, pull boxes, cable boxes, including underground trenching and conduit, etc.

13. Lightning protection and grounding systems and how it coordinates and is compatible with existing systems

14. Closeout submittals
