1. Vendors will have five (5) business days from the date of the notice in which to file a protest concerning the award of the contract.
2. Protests relating to a proposed contract award which are received after the five (5) business day deadline will not be considered by the County.
3. During the five (5) business day period, SOQ information, including the final evaluator score sheets with the names of individual evaluators redacted, are subject to public disclosure.

3. The County may, after providing written justification to be included in the procurement file, make the determination that an immediate award of the contract is necessary to protect the substantial interests of the County.
