About this file
This document is a Notice of Intent to Shortlist issued by the City of Casselberry Procurement and Contract Management Division for SOQ-2025-1234 Continuing Professional Utility Engineering Services Phase I. The solicitation seeks to shortlist engineering firms for providing professional utility engineering services on an as-needed basis. The Evaluation Committee completed its initial review of proposal submittals and has identified seven firms for the shortlist: Burgess & Niple, Inc., CHA Consulting, Inc., CPH Consulting, LLC, Hazen and Sawyer, P.C., GAI Consultants, Inc., Mead and Hunt, Inc., and Wright-Pierce, Inc.
The document outlines the protest process for non-selected bidders, allowing firms who believe they should have been awarded the contract to file a written Notice of Award Protest with the Purchasing Division Office by 5:00 pm on the third business day after the Notice of Intent to Award is posted. While specific contract value details are not provided in this document, the solicitation appears to be for a continuing professional services contract with potential for multiple task authorizations. The notice emphasizes the city's commitment to a competitive selection process and provides contact information for the Procurement and Contract Management Division for any follow-up inquiries.
