The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is pleased to announce the award of the Support Which Implements Fast Transitions (SWIFT) IV Indefinite Quantity Contract IQC, Solicitation #

5. Basis for selection
Considering cost/price and technical merit, the proposals submitted by AECOM, Casals, Chemonics, Creative, DAI, IRD, IRG, MSI, and RTI are fair, reasonable, and realistic. Considering cost and technical (technical being significantly more important than cost) merit, their proposals represent the best value to the U.S. Government, and the contracts under Sub-IQC A &B be awarded to AECOM, Chemonics, Creative, DAI, IRD, IRG, and MSI while Casals and RTI are to receive a contract under Sub-IQC A only.
