About this file

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for hotel rooms supporting an Air Show 2026 event, issued by the U.S. Air Force on February 5, 2026, with a solicitation number FA480326Q0016. The solicitation is set aside 100% for women-owned small businesses (WOSB) and is designated for an economically disadvantaged women-owned small business (EDWOSB). The requirement involves providing 4 nights of hotel accommodations during the delivery period of March 26–30, 2026, at Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina (DoDAAC F3U0FM). The contract uses a firm fixed price arrangement with a maximum award amount of USD $40,000,000, though this appears to be a standard ceiling amount rather than the actual expected contract value.

Offerors must submit quotes by February 18, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST to Ms. Ebony Johnson and Mrs. Maria Del Mar Rodriguez Martinez. Quote submissions must include pricing for the hotel line item, a technical narrative (maximum 5 pages) demonstrating compliance with saline characteristics detailed in Attachment 1, any discount terms, contractor information and CAGE code, point of contact details, completed representations and certifications, and a signed copy of Standard Form 1449. Questions must be submitted by February 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. Award will be based on lowest price among technically acceptable offers, with the government evaluating the three lowest-priced offers for technical acceptability first. Payment will be processed through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) upon award and satisfactory performance. Offerors must annotate that prices remain valid through March 30, 2026, and no site visit is scheduled.
