The contract will be awarded on a firm fixed-price basis to the responsible quoter offering the best value using a tradeoff methodology. The solicitation requires nine line items totaling 64 units: 20 L-shaped technician workbenches (standing height, 72"x78"), 6 L-shaped admin workbenches (sitting height, 60"x66"), 2 straight ESD workbenches (60"x30"), 3 medium drawer cabinets, 1 tall hybrid storage cabinet, 4 tall shelf storage cabinets, 20 tall technician chairs (ESD-safe ergonomic drafting), 8 admin chairs (ESD-safe ergonomic task), and turn-key assembly and installation services. Delivery is required by September 30, 2026 (60 calendar days or less after receipt of order, with expedited timelines valued favorably). Evaluation factors include technical capability (pass/fail), delivery and installation schedule (tradeoff), past performance (tradeoff), and price. The government reserves the right to conduct interchanges and will evaluate the five lowest-priced quotes initially if more than five quotes are received. Quoters must be registered in SAM with active NAICS code 337127 representation and should provide commercial literature, product specifications, a detailed delivery schedule, and past performance references for similar projects.
