About this file
This is Amendment No. 1 to RFQ 456034 for Bus and Transportation Services at Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL), issued on December 10, 2024, which provides answers to submitted RFI questions and modifies the Qualification Criteria for Fleet Requirements.
The amendment addresses three key questions: (1) Safety/compliance requirements are governed by BSA's General and Supplemental Terms and Conditions available on SAM.gov, (2) Additional transportation services may be needed for special events throughout the year, with pricing addressed in Enclosure C's hourly rate section, and (3) Confirmation that Qualification Criteria must be addressed in offers. The qualification requirements include minimum 5 years' experience providing commercial bus services to universities/government facilities, vehicles 10 years or newer, documented safety records, ADA-accessible vehicles, capacity for 10-44 passengers, and ability to respond within 24 hours. Providers must demonstrate clean safety records with no accidents in the past 3 years and provide three references.
