About this file

This is a Seller Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Checklist for a Pennsylvania state and local contract opportunity related to Real Estate Tax Notices (Bid B2727999). The checklist serves as a procedural guide for sellers participating in this small order purchase, which will be awarded as a whole or by line item based on the City's best interest to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Sellers must quote all items to remain eligible for award consideration. The document outlines the operational requirements and compliance steps that bidders must follow throughout the bidding and fulfillment process. Services or products must not be delivered or provided until the department issues formal notification of award.

The SOP Checklist establishes standardized procedures that sellers must adhere to when responding to and executing this contract opportunity. The checklist likely contains verification steps, documentation requirements, quality standards, and communication protocols necessary for successful bid submission and contract performance. As a procedural document rather than a detailed specification sheet, it does not specify individual line items, quantities, or pricing information, but instead provides the framework within which sellers must operate to ensure compliance with City requirements and bid eligibility criteria.
