About this file
This document consists of attorney fee letters related to a Real Estate Tax Notices procurement opportunity for the City of Pennsylvania. The file contains correspondence regarding legal services and fee arrangements associated with the contract opportunity. The document outlines communications between the city and its legal counsel concerning the administration and management of attorney fees for services rendered in connection with the real estate tax notices project. The procurement is structured as a small order purchase to be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with sellers required to quote all items to be eligible for award. No delivery or provision of services should occur until notification is received from the department.
The attorney fee letters establish the financial terms and conditions under which legal services will be compensated for work related to the real estate tax notices contract. These letters document the fee arrangements, billing procedures, and payment terms between the city and its legal representatives. The correspondence provides specific details regarding how attorney fees will be calculated, invoiced, and processed as part of the overall procurement. All financial obligations and legal service requirements are contingent upon formal award notification and departmental authorization before work commences.
