About this file
This document is a Labor Rates and Cost Estimate Worksheet for the RFP_26_003 Internal Audit Services solicitation issued by Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL). The spreadsheet provides a detailed pricing template for labor categories including Partner/Principal, Director/Senior Manager, Engagement Manager, Senior Auditor II, Senior Auditor I, and Staff Auditor II, with columns for base year and three option periods. The worksheet is designed for offerors to submit fully burdened labor rates, which include payroll taxes, benefits, and other personnel-related costs.
The solicitation is for internal audit services to ensure Princeton University's compliance with Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation (DEAR) clause 970.5232-3. Key dates include a January 6, 2026 deadline for question submissions and a January 21, 2026 deadline for proposal submissions. Travel costs are to be estimated based on trips from the offeror's office to PPPL in Plainsboro, New Jersey, with reimbursement rates set by GSA travel guidelines. The opportunity is issued by the Department of Energy and requires a comprehensive approach to executing the internal audit services as detailed in the Statement of Work.

| 1. For purposes of this submittal, Offerors will estimate the travel cost and incidental cost for each audit . Trips should be from the Offeror's cognizant office to PPPL, located in Plainsboro, New Jersey. Time spent while traveling is not allowable. PPPL will reimburse travel related & incidental expenses at the rate for the Princeton/Trenton, NJ vicinity set forth in the GSA Travel web site at http://www.gsa.gov/Portal/gsa/ep/contentView.do?contentType=GSA_BASIC&contentId=17943. | ||||
| 2. Instead of estimating travel and incidental costs by individual project, Offeror may choose to estimate travel costs to be reimbursed on an actual basis ( as per guidelines on GSA Travel website stated in Note 1 above) not to exceed a percentage of total fees. |
