About this file
This is a scheduling and specification document for oil/water separator cleaning services prepared by the Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Aviation Administration (MDOT MAA) for cleaning operations at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport and Martin State Airport. The document outlines a comprehensive cleaning and inspection program for existing oil/water separators and additional treatment and containment structures. The contractor is required to provide all necessary labor, supervision, materials, equipment, containers, insurance, and expertise to perform cleaning and inspection operations in accordance with specified standards. The spreadsheet appears to contain a detailed schedule organized by date, with entries for February 2026 indicating specific cleaning activities and associated operational requirements for the two airport facilities.
The document establishes the technical framework and timeline for service delivery without indicating specific pricing terms, bid amounts, or contract duration within the provided file. The service scope encompasses complete oil/water separator maintenance operations at both airport locations, requiring qualified contractors with appropriate equipment and insurance coverage to manage hazardous material removal and treatment. No renewal options, set-asides, incumbent information, or funding source details are evident in this scheduling document, which primarily serves as an operational reference for executing the cleaning services as specified in the broader contract opportunity.
