About this file
This document is a Scope of Work for Property Cleanups for Vacant Lots, Residential, and Commercial Properties, associated with the Escambia County Environmental Enforcement solicitation in Florida. The scope details comprehensive property cleanup services, including the removal and legal disposal of nuisance conditions such as trash, debris, rubbish, and non-functional items. Contractors are required to clear overgrowth along fence rows and property lines, remove underbrush, scrub oaks, and vegetation around all trees and structures. Additional tasks include boarding up broken windows with 1/2" CDX plywood, removing vines on gates, and ensuring grounds are left clean of clippings, cuttings, and debris.
The document emphasizes strict guidelines for property cleanup, explicitly stating that contractors must not enter any structures unless specifically directed during a mandatory property walkthrough. Contractors must also ensure that any ruts, holes, or uneven areas caused by equipment are smoothed out to facilitate future property maintenance. The scope is presented as a general guide, with the expectation that additional details may be discussed during the mandatory property walkthrough, and taking notes is encouraged. The document does not provide specific pricing, contract duration, or funding details, focusing instead on the technical requirements of the property cleanup service.
