About this file
This document is a Scope of Work for demolition projects issued by Escambia County, Florida, targeting residential and commercial property demolitions. The scope requires comprehensive property clearing, including disconnecting utilities, obtaining septic tank abandonment permits, removing structures, disposing of debris, clearing overgrowth, and grading lots. Contractors must complete mandatory pre-bid and final demolition inspections, secure necessary demolition permits, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
