About this file

This is a Schedule B Pricing document for the State of Michigan's Request for Proposal No. 200000001437 for Fort St Lift Bridge Operational and Custodial Services Contract. The document outlines the pricing requirements for a three-year contract covering bridge operation and custodial services, with services to be performed on a monthly basis from the sixteenth day of a month to the fifteenth day of the following month.

The pricing structure requires contractors to submit monthly billings on company letterhead for lump sum payments, with billing periods prorated on a 30-day basis if needed. An annual mobilization fee is required at the start of each contract year to cover training, supplies, equipment, insurance, and overhead costs. Contractors must provide pricing for both bridge operation (labor costs) on a per billing period basis (12 per year) and mobilization (supplies) as an annual lump sum for each of the three years. Quick payment terms are encouraged, and prices must remain firm for the entire contract duration. All proposals must include all potential costs, including any one-time charges, fees, shipping, and handling.
