About this file

This is a Schedule B Pricing document for Michigan Request for Proposal No. 200000001437 for Fort St Lift Bridge Operational and Custodial Services Contract. The contract covers operational and custodial services for the bridge over a three-year period. Contractors must submit pricing schedules in modifiable formats such as Microsoft Word or Excel, with the option to provide additional non-modifiable formats. The pricing structure requires bidders to include all costs associated with service delivery, including one-time setup charges, fees, and any ancillary expenses such as shipping, handling, and equipment costs. Monthly billings are submitted on a lump sum basis for services performed during each billing period, defined as the sixteenth through the fifteenth of the following month, with prorated compensation for partial billing periods.

Contractors must provide firm pricing for all three years of the contract term with no price escalation permitted. The pricing schedule includes two primary components: Bridge Operation labor costs billed monthly (12 billing periods per year) and Mobilization supplies billed annually as a lump sum payment at the beginning of each contract year. Mobilization costs encompass all annual start-up expenses including training, relocation, custodial supplies, equipment, safety equipment, clothing, materials, insurance, and office overhead. Contractors are encouraged to offer early payment discounts. All price proposals must include a certification that pricing was developed independently without consultation or agreement with competing contractors. The document requires bidders to calculate and submit a total three-year contract cost.
