SAQMMA10R0206 Questions and Answers
1. Bell Helicopter Textron, the OEM for the Huey II kits, has not yet decided to allow outside entities the opportunity to purchase Huey II kits. Since Bell is the only source of supply for the kits will the government consider extending the proposal response date until 30 days after a decision to open up sales has been made to allow non-Bell Textron entities the opportunity to negotiate price and terms?
