About this file
This document is a Scope of Work for Tenant Improvements at Armed Forces Recruiting Centers in Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania areas. The work encompasses comprehensive renovations across five locations in Maryland (Bel Air, LaVale, Oxon Hill, Salisbury, Silver Springs) and four locations in Delaware and Pennsylvania (Dover, Newark, Upper Darby, Levittown), totaling 28 line items in the Maryland section and 25 line items in the Delaware/Pennsylvania section.
The scope includes doors and hardware work (removal and installation of secondary exit doors, main entrance door hardware, anti-pry plates), electrical work (entry door chimes, video intercom systems, CCTV systems, AiPhone desk stations), interior finishes (wall preparation, painting with specified Sherwin Williams military recruiting colors, carpet tile installation with Shaw products), and specialty items (ballistic panel workstation disassembly/reassembly, wall hanging removal and reinstallation, plumbing repairs). Specific paint schedules are provided for Air Force (white, gray finishes), Army (off-white, khaki, green accent wall), and Navy (white) suites, with manufacturer specifications requiring ProMar 200 primer and latex finishes. Carpet specifications detail Shaw U.S. recruiting standards with LokDots adhesive systems and quarter-turn or monolithic installation methods. Work locations span common areas shared by multiple military services (Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard) within each recruiting center facility, with floor plans provided showing specific renovation areas and system locations. COE (Contracting Officer's Engineer) approval is required for various elements including door chime tones and color selections.
