About this file

This document is a Sources Sought Notice for the Expo Pavilion Food and Beverage contract opportunity under NAICS code 722310. The U.S. Government is seeking information from industry on the feasibility of providing meals to visitors of the 2025 Expo without financial support, and input on structuring costs for services the Government will compensate. Respondents should demonstrate capabilities in developing a theme, concept, and menu for a public casual restaurant and catering; implementing a supply chain and procurement strategy for fresh, high-quality U.S. ingredients; employing qualified staff; developing a mobile ordering platform; and designing an overall culinary diplomacy strategy. Responses are limited to 20 pages and should be submitted by July 31, 2024 to the Contracting Officer. The Government expects the contractor to profit from meal sales to visitors, while the Government will compensate for other costs. This is an information gathering effort and does not constitute a solicitation.
