Questions and Answers for Gary Solicitation # S11F6TX018 Amendment # 3

Q. 1 The input schedule total on the revised page # 25 shows 770. When adding the monthly input schedules from November through October on the revised page #25 the total comes to 990. Please Clarify.

A. A revised page 25 attached.

Q. 2 The answer to question 13 in amendment # 2 regarding the Special Energy Saving Retrofit Project states, “The electricity utility is charged for this project.” Does this mean the project charge is included in the revised J-8 Electricity amount of $ 1,468,909.97?

A. The charge is not included in this amount. These charges are separate from the amount provided.

Q. 3 The Total training slots on the revised page #14 CTT Offering Chart do not balance. The total Off-Center CTT slots are shown as 180. However, the CTT Programs show 30 slots for OCT and 60 slots for ACT. Is there a CTT program that accounts for the additional 90 slots?

A. OCT and ACT slots represent full time training slots. The 30 slot OCT calculates as 60 training slots and the 60 ACT slots calculates as 120 totaling 180 Off –Center Training slots. The same calculation applies to the Advance Training programs (Resident Advisors and TCU) as it relates to fulltime slots.

Q. 4 CTS student caseload shown on the revised Page 16 shows a total of 2500 youth to be served annually. The total is further broken down to 1500 Graduates and 750 Former Enrollees. The sum of the Graduate and Former Enrollee caseloads is 2250. Does the balance of 250 youth to be served get added to the Graduate or Former Enrollee caseload?

A. The formula used is that 60% of the arrivals will be Graduates, 30% will be Former Enrollees. The remaining 10% are uncommitted separations for which no service is provided.

* Additional change relating to CTST: Corrected attachment J-9 page 80 of the RFP.
